Important: Please read these Official Rules before entering to win a giveaway from MyNiceTie (MNT). By entering to win on a giveaway page, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

1. Eligibility. PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. GIVEAWAYS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. PROMOTION OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND OVER THE AGE OF 18. BUSINESSES AND CORPORATIONS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE, NOR MAY ANY INDIVIDUAL ENTER ON BEHALF OF ANY SUCH ENTITIES. IF YOU DO NOT MEET ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS, OR ANY OTHER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE, AND HAPPYFREEBIE.COM (MNT) RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE ANOTHER WINNER IN THE EVENT YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE. Employees of MNT, its affiliates, MNT merchants, MNT sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies, website providers or other parties involved in any aspect of the creation, production, operation, execution and fulfillment of any Giveaway and their immediate family members (parents, siblings, children and spouses) and/or others living in the same household of each are not eligible to win. To be eligible to win a prize, you must obtain an entry via the giveaway page. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
2. Disclaimer. MNT, MNT merchants, all MNT sponsors, and all participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") will not be responsible for: (a) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications - related malfunctions or failures; or (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with giveaways, including but not limited to these Official Rules.
3. Giveaway Period. Each giveaway has a corresponding feature timeframe. The end date of current giveaways can be found on the giveaway page. Start and end date of any giveaway (the “Giveaway Period”) can be made available upon request. All entries must happen during the Giveaway Period to be eligible to win any particular giveaway.
4. Giveaways. Each giveaway varies, but in general each is worth approximately $35. When entering to win, you will need to agree to a shorter version of these terms & conditions which will specify the retail value of that giveaway. One or many winners are chosen every Giveaway Period. Details about each giveaway can be found on the giveaway page.
5. Odds; Taxes; Etc. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF WINNER. All giveaways will be awarded by MNT. If a giveaway is not received, contact MNT via the contact for at MyNiceTie.com. The giveaway award may be forfeited if not claimed within 30 days of the notification email. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any giveaway will be permitted, except that MNT reserves the right to substitute a giveaway of equal or greater value for any giveaway. All giveaways are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
6. Identity of Entrant. In the event of a dispute about the identity of the entrant, entries made online will be declared to originate from the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be required to provide MNT with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.
7. How to Enter. Participants may enter by viewing content on the internet or interacting on social media or other ways listed on the giveaway page.

For All Entry Methods. All entrants and entries are subject to verification by MNT. Entries will be acknowledged on the account page.

8. Promotion Rules. The winners will be determined at random from the pool of eligible entrants shortly after each giveaway expires. The winner(s) will be notified via e-mail within 5 business days after the giveaway expires. To claim the prize, each potential winner should follow the instructions contained in his/her notification.
9. General Release. By entering to win, you release MNT and all Released Parties from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any giveaway (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
10. Use of Winner Name, Likeness, etc. Except where prohibited by law, giveaway entries constitute permission to use each winner's name, likeness and/or giveaway information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission, compensation or right of review. As a condition of being awarded any prize, except where prohibited by law, each winner may be required to execute a consent to the use of his or her name, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission, compensation or right of review.
11. Winners; Rules Request. For the name of any winner visit the giveaway page 24 hours after the giveaway is awarded. 13. Miscellaneous. Each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with any giveaway, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Colorado; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the giveaway, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Each giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of Colorado, U.S.A. without regard to its or any other jurisdiction's choice of law provisions. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of MNT, which are final and binding in all respects. Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect. MNT reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel giveaways or any entrant's participation in giveaways should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond MNT's control affect the administration, security or proper play of the giveaway, or MNT otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running giveaways as planned. Entrants who violate these Official Rules; violate any law, rule or regulation in connection with participation in giveaways; tamper with the operation of giveaways or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to MNT, giveaways or any other entrant (in each case as determined in MNT's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into Giveaways. MNT reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter Giveaways. All decisions concerning the eligibility of entrants, the award of any prizes and the conduct or administration of any giveaway are the sole responsibility of MNT, in its sole discretion.
